We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the North Carolina Pest Management Association Foundation. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels
Conduct reference checks and background screenings
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
