Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with us, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans
Building relationships with candidates through various channels
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' suitability
Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong knowledge of effective sourcing and recruiting techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
