Greetings from YARA GmbH & Co. KG! We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Policy and Advocacy Strategist in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
Your Role:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to influence policy decisions within a complex regulatory environment.
- Collaborate with government officials, stakeholders, and organizations to advocate for meaningful change and drive innovation.
- Analyze legislative trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and participate in public policy forums.
- Lead efforts to represent YARA's interests in shaping public policies that align with our values and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in policy analysis, government relations, or advocacy within the public sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving social impact through policy change.
