About the Role

As our Vice President of Property Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of our extensive real estate portfolio across Wisconsin.

You will lead a team of skilled professionals, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials throughout the entire property development lifecycle. Your keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will ensure that our properties meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetics.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for property acquisition, development, and management.
  • Oversee the design, construction, and renovation of commercial facilities, maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and negotiate with potential landowners, contractors, and vendors for property development projects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Identify and implement sustainable and energy-efficient practices in property development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in property development, preferably in the Construction/Real Estate industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep knowledge of local zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
  • A passion for innovation, sustainability, and creating exceptional real estate properties.
