Israel Ministry of Interior in Tel Aviv District is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to join our team as an Innovation Catalyst. As an Innovation Catalyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping our organization's innovative capabilities and driving our continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and harness emerging trends and technologies to enhance the Ministry of Interior's efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of innovative projects and initiatives.
Participate in the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent.
Optimize recruitment processes and tools to improve candidate experience and streamline operations.
Evaluate and recommend effective HR practices and policies aligned with the organization's goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in driving innovation and change management in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to influence and inspire others.
Extensive knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to drive innovation.
Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
