Position:

We are currently seeking a Multicultural Wellness Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting holistic well-being, happiness, and health awareness within our multicultural community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to diverse cultural backgrounds.
Provide personalized health consultations and guidance to individuals from various cultural identities.
Organize workshops and events that promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate wellness initiatives across the campus.
Stay updated on trends and research related to multicultural wellness and health.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Health Sciences, Psychology, Cultural Studies).
Proven experience in multicultural health promotion or wellness counseling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for advocating for diversity, inclusivity, and holistic wellness.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
