Position: Creative Content Strategist
El Museo del Barrio welcomes talented professionals to join our team as a Creative Content Strategist. In this role, you will play a key part in engaging the public and promoting our mission through compelling communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement creative content strategies to engage diverse audiences
- Develop written and visual content for various platforms, including website, social media, and print materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging
- Stay updated on industry trends and development in order to bring innovative approaches to content creation
- Conduct research to inform content development and identify target audience needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in content creation and strategy
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Proficiency in utilizing various media tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and a passion for Latinx, Caribbean, and Latin American art and culture
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
