Position Overview:

Job Title: Community Service Coordinator

Your Role:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with our company's values and objectives.
Forge strong relationships with local community organizations, government bodies, and nonprofits to facilitate collaborative efforts.
Manage and coordinate community outreach programs, volunteer activities, and company-sponsored events.
Contribute to the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns for various charitable causes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community service initiatives are integrated into our overall business strategy.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of community service initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Previous experience in community engagement or nonprofit sector highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
Passion for community development and making a positive difference in people's lives.
Knowledge of local government policies, procedures, and regulations related to community services.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
