Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external partners

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
