Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: West Virginia, United States

Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain positive relationships with candidates and provide a memorable candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
