At Nevada Housing Division, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier candidates to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
