Position: We are seeking a Cultural Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering connections with diverse communities and creating enriching experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement culturally immersive activities and tours
Collaborate with local organizations to promote cultural exchange
Conduct research on cultural practices and traditions
Provide cultural sensitivity training to staff members
Ensure all tour activities are inclusive and respectful of diverse backgrounds

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Anthropology, or related field
Experience in community engagement or cultural programming
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
