As a Civic Engagement Specialist at Valvoline, you will be an integral part of our commitment to giving back to the community and promoting social responsibility. You will work closely with local stakeholders, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to create and implement initiatives that benefit society as a whole.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with government officials and nonprofit partners to develop community outreach programs
Organize and lead civic engagement events and activities
Analyze data related to community needs and trends to inform decision-making
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Evaluate the impact of civic engagement efforts and propose improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Nonprofit Management, or related field
Experience working in community development, advocacy, or public service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Passion for social change and civic engagement
