- Develop and implement innovative wellness programs and activities to promote holistic well-being for our guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of wellness initiatives into the overall guest experience.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to guests on wellness activities, services, and facilities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in wellness and incorporate them into our offerings.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry.
- Passionate about promoting well-being and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
