Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of wellness initiatives into the overall guest experience.
Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to guests on wellness activities, services, and facilities.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in wellness and incorporate them into our offerings.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry.
Passionate about promoting well-being and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
