Role Overview:

ADM is currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our highly skilled team as an Advanced Technology Analyst for our Bavarian division. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to drive construction efficiency, optimize real estate processes, and spearhead digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate, and recommend advanced technologies and methodologies to enhance construction and real estate operations
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology-driven strategies
Analyze market trends and emerging technologies in the construction/real estate sector
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for technology adoption
Lead and support implementation of technology initiatives, such as building information modeling (BIM) systems, virtual reality (VR) applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms
Provide training and technical guidance to team members on new technologies and software applications
Monitor and analyze data analytics to track performance and identify areas for optimization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in technology analysis, preferably in the construction/real estate industry
Strong understanding of construction processes and real estate operations
Proven track record of successful technology-driven initiatives, including implementation and adoption
Deep knowledge of advanced construction software, BIM systems, VR applications, and IoT platforms
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Effective communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
