As a Development Associate at The Nature Conservancy in Connecticut, you will play a key role in supporting our fundraising efforts through cultivating relationships with donors, organizing events, and managing donor databases. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of conservation initiatives while fostering your skills in development and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with donors to build and maintain strong relationships
Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events
Manage donor databases and ensure accurate donor information

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Previous experience in fundraising, development, or related areas
