Job Opportunity: Environmental Resource Specialist

The West Virginia Lottery Commission is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as an Environmental Resource Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the environmental impact of lottery operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental assessments and surveys to identify potential risks
Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices
Compile and analyze data to prepare environmental reports
Stay up-to-date on environmental regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
2+ years of experience in environmental compliance or related areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
