We are currently seeking:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and engage top talent through innovative recruitment strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Implement best practices to enhance the recruitment process
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for present and future job openings
Manage recruitment advertising and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
