Your Role:
As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient and effective functioning of our human resources department. You will utilize your expertise in people management and organizational development to create a positive work environment and ensure our employees' well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Drive initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and plan resource allocation.
- Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics, including performance management, employee development, and workplace ethics.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Regularly review and update job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes, implementing effective feedback mechanisms.
- Administer employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, etc., ensuring employees' needs are met.
- Maintain and update HR databases, handling personnel records in a confidential and secure manner.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving trends in HR, suggesting improvements to enhance our processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
