Your Role:

As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient and effective functioning of our human resources department. You will utilize your expertise in people management and organizational development to create a positive work environment and ensure our employees' well-being.

Responsibilities:

Implement and execute HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Drive initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and plan resource allocation.
Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics, including performance management, employee development, and workplace ethics.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Regularly review and update job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate performance appraisal processes, implementing effective feedback mechanisms.
Administer employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, etc., ensuring employees' needs are met.
Maintain and update HR databases, handling personnel records in a confidential and secure manner.
Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving trends in HR, suggesting improvements to enhance our processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the field.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
