You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing strategies to nurture our employees' skills, promote growth, and create a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement talent development programs and initiatives to support employee growth.
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization.
Develop career paths and succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical roles.
Implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and development.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their professional development.

Qualifications:
