Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the hotel
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
