Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and enticing menus that reflect regional flavors and culinary trends
Train and mentor culinary staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Coordinate with suppliers to source the freshest, highest quality ingredients
Manage kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and maintain high sanitation standards
