Position Overview:

As a Talent Engagement Specialist at Egilsstadir Community Art Gallery, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to enhance our diverse team. You will work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and help facilitate the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and resource requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
