Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee the development of construction projects.
Conduct thorough feasibility studies and market research to identify potential real estate opportunities.
Ensure compliance with local planning and building regulations throughout the entire construction process.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to drive successful outcomes.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Implement quality control procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Provide expert advice on technical aspects of construction, design, and materials.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or real estate industry.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in construction project management.
Fluency in German and English languages.
