Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talents for various positions within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations to management.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the healthcare industry is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
