Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reservations and inquiries

- Organize and oversee special events and activities
- Maintain a warm and friendly ambiance for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
