Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in community engagement and event coordination. The Community Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that foster community involvement and support our mission of promoting arts and culture in Eskilstuna.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute community events, workshops, and programs
Collaborate with local stakeholders and organizations
Engage with community members to gather feedback and insights
Manage social media channels and create engaging content
Evaluate the impact of community engagement activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in community outreach or nonprofit work
