As a Professional Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lactalis, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to drive our company’s growth and success. Working closely with hiring managers, you will develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Utilize various recruitment methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role within the Human Resources field.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and selecting top talent.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
