Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to take on the role of Venetian Heritage Conservation Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for the conservation, restoration, and protection of the architectural, artistic, and cultural heritage of Venice. You will work closely with a team of experts, including architects, historians, and specialists in various fields, to ensure the proper preservation of Venetian heritage.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research, surveys, and assessments of historical sites and monuments
Develop and implement preservation plans and projects
Collaborate with local and international partners to exchange knowledge and best practices
Monitor restoration projects and ensure adherence to conservation standards
Educate the public on the importance of heritage preservation
Organize events, exhibitions, and workshops related to Venice's cultural heritage
Provide expert advice and guidance on conservation matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Art History, Cultural Heritage Management, or a related field
Proven experience in heritage conservation or restoration field
Strong knowledge of Venetian history, art, and culture
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal and written)
