Position Available: Wellness Coordinator

As a Wellness Coordinator at Flanders Community Health Clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our initiatives align with our vision of enriching lives and fostering a healthier community. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing wellness programs that focus on overall well-being
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to integrate holistic practices into patient care
Organizing community events and workshops to promote healthy lifestyle choices
Evaluating the effectiveness of wellness programs and making recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
