Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong understanding of talent acquisition principles.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within the energy or sustainability sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
