Job Description:

RAFI-USA is seeking a passionate and creative Cultural Narrative Specialist to join our team. As a Cultural Narrative Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing storytelling strategies that promote diverse perspectives within our communication channels. Your main focus will be on creating engaging and inclusive narratives that resonate with various audiences and amplify underrepresented voices in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to craft compelling and culturally sensitive narratives.
Research and analyze cultural trends to inform communication strategies.
Create content that celebrates diversity and inclusion in agriculture.
Manage social media platforms to engage with a diverse audience.
Develop partnerships with communities to share authentic stories.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Journalism, English, or related field.
Experience in storytelling, content creation, or narrative development.
Demonstrated understanding of cultural diversity and inclusion principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics.
