We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as a Talent Relations Specialist in our Human Capital Strategy Department. As a Talent Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with talents from various backgrounds and cultures, ensuring that our recruitment processes are inclusive and equitable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
