Position: Building Development Specialist

Job Overview

ICAE is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Building Development Specialist to drive our construction and real estate projects to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various building development projects, ensuring they align with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for building development projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Identify and manage project risks, and provide timely solutions

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in building development or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Relevant qualifications and certifications in building design or construction
