As a Sustainable Talent Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's future by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional individuals who share our values and vision. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
Design and execute innovative recruitment campaigns that align with our social responsibility initiatives
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create job descriptions
Utilize cutting-edge recruitment tools and techniques to source, screen, and select candidates
Lead employer branding efforts to position Mombasa Maize Millers as an employer of choice
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and community groups
Implement effective onboarding and retention programs to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and sustainability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or related roles
Strong understanding of sustainability practices and their integration into talent management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically to attract and retain top talent
Passion for social responsibility and environmental conservation
Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
