Responsibilities:
- Identify emerging trends and technologies that can be applied to the field of Communication/Media.
- Create and foster a culture of innovation, promoting new ideas and approaches in the workplace.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academia, and government agencies to leverage resources and facilitate knowledge exchange.
- Lead and participate in research projects, designing and executing experiments to evaluate new communication strategies and technologies.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Journalism, Marketing, or Design.
- Proven experience in driving innovation and implementing creative solutions within the Communication/Media industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and extract meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers.
- Passionate about exploring new technologies and their impact on the future of Communication/Media.
- Excellent project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
