Position Overview:
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of real estate projects in alignment with our company's objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving growth, maximizing returns, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of real estate development projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risk factors.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in project planning software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
