Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity
Plan and execute employee engagement programs and activities
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address employee concerns
Drive initiatives that align with Brooks Sports' core values and mission
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of culture-building efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Behavior, or relevant field
Proven experience in culture development or related HR functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated passion for promoting a positive organizational culture
