Responsibilities:

Assist in managing guest experience operations while maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and implementation of guest service strategies and initiatives.
Ensure smooth operation of various departments, including reception and concierge services, housekeeping, and dining, among others.
Support the training and development of the team members, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Conduct regular guest feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action.
Collaborate with different departments to enhance overall guest experience and resolve any issues or complaints swiftly.
Stay updated with the latest hospitality trends and implement best practices to remain competitive and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on service excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team and foster a positive working environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Sound knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems.
