Are you an HR enthusiast looking to work in a progressive and entrepreneurial environment? GMA Trädgårdsanläggningar AB is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including advertising, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices and processes
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities
Administer employee benefits and address any HR-related queries or concerns

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field
Proven experience in HR coordination or recruitment
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
