Your Role

As a Project Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders, to ensure the successful completion of projects within the allocated timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams throughout the entire development process, from initial concept to project completion
Coordinate feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments
Create and maintain project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Manage the procurement process, including tendering and contract negotiations
Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
Monitor and control project progress, identify and address any issues or delays
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience in project management within the Construction/Real Estate industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in French and English
