Your Role

As a Project Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders, to ensure the successful completion of projects within the allocated timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams throughout the entire development process, from initial concept to project completion
  • Coordinate feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments
  • Create and maintain project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Manage the procurement process, including tendering and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
  • Monitor and control project progress, identify and address any issues or delays
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management within the Construction/Real Estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in French and English
