Responsibilities:

Analyze construction and real estate projects with a focus on sustainability and renewable energy integration.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding sustainable development strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and ensure timely execution.
Conduct research on emerging sustainable technologies and practices in the construction industry.
Assist in preparing and presenting reports, proposals, and project evaluations.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of sustainable projects, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering).
Proven experience in sustainable development, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and sustainable practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
