Job Title: Outdoor Experience Architect

Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging outdoor adventure experiences.
Collaborate with the team to create unique itineraries and routes.
Ensure safety standards are upheld throughout the activities.
Research and scout new locations for potential tours.
Instruct and guide participants during the adventures.
Maintain equipment and perform regular safety checks.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor activities and nature conservation.
Experience in organizing and leading adventure tours.
Strong knowledge of outdoor safety procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Fitness and stamina to undertake physically demanding tasks.
Fluency in English, Danish language skills are a plus.
