Western Region Culinary Academy, located in the stunning Western Region of Iceland, is seeking a visionary Director of Talent Innovation to join our dynamic team. As the Director of Talent Innovation, you will spearhead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent within our culinary academy. You will be instrumental in shaping our workforce for the future, driving diversity and inclusion efforts, and revolutionizing our approach to talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract exceptional culinary professionals
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace
Design and oversee talent development programs that foster employee growth and retention
Collaborate closely with leadership to align talent strategies with organizational objectives
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the academy remains at the forefront of talent innovation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or a similar role
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive change within an organization
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to advancing talent in this field
