We are seeking a talented Culinary Specialist to join our team at Western New Mexico Correctional Facility. As a Culinary Specialist, you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving high-quality meals for our staff and inmates, ensuring that all dietary needs are met within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute delicious and nutritious menus
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and portion control
- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Collaborate with management to create a positive dining experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef
