Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies that attract top talent in the industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each role.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for each position.
Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company's employer brand.
Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Utilize advanced technologies and tools to streamline the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and platforms.
