We're Hiring a Director of Community Engagement!

Community Foundation of Louisville is seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Director of Community Engagement. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to engage with various stakeholders, including donors, nonprofits, government entities, and community partners.
Lead collaborative efforts to address community needs and drive philanthropic impact.
Design and execute outreach programs to enhance community involvement and build lasting relationships.
Oversee communication strategies to promote the Foundation's mission and programs.
Identify opportunities for growth, partnership building, and innovative community solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in community engagement, nonprofit leadership, or related roles.
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive impactful initiatives.
Passion for community development, social change, and philanthropy.
