Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Utilize various recruitment channels to source and engage top-tier candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

Requirements:
