We're Hiring: Community Engagement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community outreach programs to raise awareness about our organization's mission and services
Engage with stakeholders, community partners, and volunteers to foster strong relationships and collaboration
Organize and manage events, workshops, and campaigns to support our initiatives
Create compelling communication materials for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases
Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic community engagement efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field
Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or similar roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for social impact and working in the healthcare sector
