As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at McNair Law Firm, you will be at the forefront of our HR initiatives, driving the recruitment process to bring in the brightest minds and top performers. Your role will involve strategizing, sourcing, and engaging with potential candidates to build a talented workforce that aligns with our firm's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings to offer negotiation
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, agencies, and other recruitment partners
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
